We all want to Be Healthy, but how do we realistically do so and stick to it?
It’s all about incorporating just one change at a time. This way we get really good at the change and it becomes ingrained in our everyday routine and before long it becomes our second nature.
It starts with turning our brain off, and just focusing on the next step. Rather than trying everything at once, burning out and falling back into old habits, these small changes will become your new habits. Suddenly it’s not so overwhelming.
Ready for a super easy change to a healthier you? One that can be incorporated today!
Ok already, what’s the first change?
GET UP AND MOVE!
Movement! It’s simple enough but it’s so lacking. We live in an extremely sedentary country and we could all use a little more movement but again it’s all about really incorporating this into your lifestyle. So don’t go overboard and run a marathon and then do nothing for 2 months. Instead find something realistic that you can do today and you’ll still be able to do next week.
Here are a couple quick ideas but do whatever fits into your currently life.
- A couple squats before you brush your teeth each night
- A walk around the block once a day
- Buying a rebounded (a mini trampoline) and spending a couple minutes jumping on it while you watch TV

This is probably the BEST way to feel better immediately! I like to take a walk after lunch each day or in the evening. It’s a great stress reliever and sometimes I do my best thinking during a quiet walk alone. Can’t wait to see the next tip! 🙂
