Carmen and I both love Mommy and Me Yoga. It starts off with baby massage and stretch, which I love because it’s both structured bonding, and exercise for mommy!
Baby massage is not only wonderful for bonding but it’s great for “waking up” baby’s nervous system and the stretching is great for their muscles and brain development. And look at these adorable Yoga Mats for Kids!
