Baby Footprints | Easy Gift for Dad

There aren’t many things in life more precious than baby feet and their footprints. Now shape those baby footprints into a heart and your heart might just stop.

Trying to find that perfect gift for dad when baby isn’t old enough to scribble or draw yet? I was driving myself crazy trying to think of something, since this is going to be hubby’s first father’s day, I wanted to be able to give him something cute from Girly Q. Then I figured it out!

THE PERFECT FATHER’S DAY GIFT:

BABY FOOTPRINTS ON HIS FAVORITE DRINK

If you’re anything like me, you’ll need a friend to help you with the stamping. While a friend entertains baby and holds them still, quickly use an ink pad to cover baby’s foot in ink. Also grab something hard like a book to hold the sheet of paper.

Stamp baby’s foot then use a wet wipe to clean their little foot. Repeat for the other foot.

Cut carefully around the prints and glue them into a heart on another sheet of paper. Cut out the shape of a heart and paste it on daddy’s favorite drink. *Be sure to snag the heart when he finishes off his drinks and file it away in a special place (like this Baby Memory Box) so you don’t lose it, their little feet won’t be small forever.*
