I’m about to be a mom of 2, and while my daughter and this pregnancy claim most my time and energy I still have a really awesome hubby (who I totally adore ♥) that deserves some attention too. As the years go by and the kids multiply, I still want to keep a little part of our honeymoon spark alive but realistically I don’t have as much time as I used to, so here are 8 easy ways ways I plan to surprise my man over the next few days. I hope you’ll use a few to surprise your husband too!

1. Create a sticky note heart with all the reasons that you love him.

Love this idea from the Thinking Closet, I especially love the finishing touch of “Pop Me” on the outside of the balloon!
5. Draw a game board on your sheets.
Bring the romance and fun back into the bedroom! Check out how to draw the game board pattern and get started with a few ideas from Design Dining Diapers.

6. Make a date jar.
Surprise him with the homemade date jar but leave few blank sheets in case he wants to add his ideas to the jar too!
7. Bake a batch of cookies.
We all know food is one of the fastest ways to a man’s heart, he’ll love these tic-tac-toe cookies that are both delicious and super fun!
8. “Spam” His Phone with sweet texts.
And a selfie blowing him a kiss too!
And… Mail a love letter with a stamp to his work.
Not quite free but I’m pretty sure you can find 49 cents in your couch if you need!

I leave my boyfriend of 1 1/2 years sticky notes all the time. After the first 6 months he moved 10 hours away so I would send him a card once a week and miss/love you texts every day and one week out of the month I would go spend with him. He is now back here but I still leave him notes. Yesterday he cleaned the truck inside and out so this morning when I was leaving for work I left him a note on the drivers seat of the truck telling him what a great job he did.
