Looking for fun and creative Valentine’s Day Crafts to do with your kids? Look no further! From the classic favorites to goofy new ideas, here is our favorite, Mom-Approved list for this Valentine’s Day!
Hand Print Hearts from Mrs. Ricca’s Kindergarten. This includes a template for making your hearts just right. We try to do at least one activity every year that uses hand prints and paint – it’s fun to see the growth through the years! This also makes a fantastic Valentine for Grandparents or Aunts & Uncles.
Pom-Pom Bouquet by Camilla Styles. These are sweet, simple, and creative. Make sure you scroll all the way through the instructional for the last photo. So. Precious. Maybe they will inspire a Valentine’s Day themed photo shoot with your little one?
Yarn Valentine’s Monsters by Crafts Unleashed. These are hilarious and so fun! Not at all a “traditional” Valentine’s Day craft or activity, your monster-loving boys and girls will love these little guys.
Heart Tube Stamping from Housing a Forest. A classic craft, this takes zero prep and is great for a last minute idea!
Valentine’s Day Glasses by Better Homes and Gardens. Pretty easy to make, and will add some spice to any costume collection! You could even get some other photo booth props and let your kids enjoy a fun photo shoot.
DIY Felt Fortune Cookies from It’s Always Autumn. These are shockingly easy to make – just felt and pipe cleaners! Let your kiddos make their own messages to personalize this sweet craft.
Coffee Filter Heart Garland from Crafty Morning. All you need for this is coffee filters and markers – it’s easy for Mom and simple for even younger kids!
Button Heart by Carrie Elle. Framing this simple craft for a bedroom is such a sweet idea! I’ve made these as baby shower gifts before, and my kids loved getting in on the action. Plus, selecting buttons is a fun activity and great for fine motor skills.
Heart-Shaped Animals from Crafty Morning. These are just simply adorable. I cut out a bunch of different sized hearts and then let my kids put the animals together! For a mom who can’t draw animals to save her life, I got big points with this project.
Red Cup Valentine’s Buddy, another by Crafty Morning. Another simple one, this creative little cup buddy will inspire great creativity for the right kid!
Valentine’s Day Votive by Homemade Serenity. This is an old classic, and would be sweet for a special family Valentine’s Day dinner!
